- Location: Tokoroa District Court, part of the Waiariki service area.

- Salary: $58,729 - $80,794 (based on skills and experience).

This role involves managing cases, working with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth operations of the court. Responsibilities include:
- Court Taking: Facilitate court proceedings, introduce judges (in English and Te Reo Māori), manage jurors, and general court administration.
- Customer Service: Answering queries via face-to-face, phone, or email interactions in the Customer Service area or hub.
- Case Management: Maintain accurate and updated case files through data entry.
- Travel Requirements: Travel to other courts in the Waiariki area, with potential for travel further afield (requires a clean full New Zealand driver’s license).
- Commitment to Te Tīriti o Waitangi principles.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Confidence in working with diverse stakeholders, including judges, lawyers, and defendants.
- Ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities.
- Adaptability to learn legislation and changing technologies.
- Resilience to handle sensitive cases and high-volume tasks.
