Job Description:
The Office Assistant is responsible for maintaining smooth office operations, handling communications, managing supplies, serving customers, and organizing/scanning medical records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, arrange, and scan manual medical records for electronic upload.
- Handle communications, correspondence, and information copying/distribution.
- Maintain inventory and supplies, including ordering, stocking, and delivering items.
- Participate in educational opportunities to stay updated.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Head of the Department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Understanding customer needs and working under pressure.
- Fluent English (spoken and written); Arabic is advantageous but not required.
