Job Description:
The role focuses on identifying and assessing customer needs, maintaining detailed records of interactions, adhering to company policies, and providing accurate information using appropriate tools and methods. Duties primarily involve sales of Etisalat products (Postpaid, Prepaid, Handsets, Elife, Accessories), and handling complaints, requests, and inquiries.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate.
- Age: Below 30 years.
- Experience: Freshers or experienced in customer support are welcome.
- Skills:
- Customer-oriented mindset with adaptability to different personalities.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management.
- Comfort with computer use.
- Flexibility: Open to working different shifts.
- Language: Arabic proficiency preferred but not mandatory.
