Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer experiences tailored to individual client needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while presenting product features and benefits.
- Become a reliable sales expert working toward team objectives.
- Gather and monitor market data and competitor developments.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in agriculture or related field (or relevant experience).
- Good knowledge of plant cultivation and basic farm business management.
- Fluency in the local language (English proficiency advantageous for some roles).
- Willingness to travel locally or within Europe if required.
